The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Amba P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 registered under sections 448, 307 & 379 IPC including section 3(i) (x) of the SC/ST Act.

The allegation, in a nutshell, is that the accused persons came armed and assaulted the prosecution side. The injuries sustained by the injured are said to be simple in nature. There is a counter version of the case also. Although, the allegations are not serious, but section 18 of the SC/ST Act disables/bars the Court to
