The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 2179/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant is wife of Imteyaz Alam and she made allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her husband and others. Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are brothers-in-law of the complainant and petitioner no. 3 is negotiator of marriage. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are brothers-in-law of the complainant and negotiator of marriage, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 2179/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
