1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing vehemently for sometime, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application and submits that the case between the parties on intervention of the will-wishers has been compromised.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, in the event if the petitioner surrenders on or before 10.08.2023, the learned trail court shall try to
