This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.

Some other person was appearing in the examination for this petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that cheating by impersonation is bailable and on bare perusal of the first information report, it appears that no other allegation is made out.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 178 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
