In view of the report of the Officer Incharge, Matiaria Police Station by which he has confirmed the fact of institution of another criminal case against the Opposite Party No.2 at the behest of one of the witnesses of the case, the application is allowed and the anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 is hereby cancelled.
