The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 384, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that nothing has been alleged against the petitioner. There is specific allegation against co-accused and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
