JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and direction upon the respondents to make the payment of Rs.1,93,000/- (One Lac Ninety Three Thousand) for the works done by the petitioners under "Har-Ghar Nal Yojana" for the financial year 2019-2020.

(ii). To direct the respondents to make the above mentioned admit/admissible dues to the petitioner who has completed the assigned work in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5999 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 ward.

(iii). To direct the respondents to make the payment of penal interest to the petitioner on account of delay and latches on the part of respondents."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the District Magistrate, Saran at Chhapra, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 2, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
