The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13.03.2014 passed in B.L.T.Case No. 136 of 2014 by the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, whereby the aforesaid case filed on behalf of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn with a liberty to pursue his case before the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Dhamdaha, Purnia for redressal of his grievances. In view of the nature of the order passed by the learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, this Court does not feel persuaded to interfere with the impugned order passed by the learned Tribunal. The writ petition is devoid of merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner to approach the statutory authorities under the provisions of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area
