ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent Bank by way of representation ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from the date this order. On receipt of such representation the Bank authority shall pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereof.

2. It is needless to mention that before any order is passed, all the parties shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing.

3. With the above said directions, the writ petition stand disposed off.
