2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-310(4), 310(5) of BNS, 2023 and 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, on the tip off, the informant with other police personnel proceeded to the place of occurrence where three boys having seen the police started to flee away but one boy, i.e. the petitioner was apprehended and on search, one country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from his pocket.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26722 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 in this case. The petitioner is under incarceration since 05-112024.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperated with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
