The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 333, 353, 283 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 5/6 of the E.S.M. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases and the informant alleges that the accused persons, including the petitioner, had blocked the road and pelted stones at police and hurled abuses as they were demanding compensation on account of death of one Vikki.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is

No.24547 of 2022(2) dt.10-11-2022 2/2 next submitted that being a co-villager he had also gone to see that as to why the villagers were agitated and later he came to know that villagers had gathered as one Vikki had died in a road accident, it is next submitted that the allegation of abuse and pelting stone is general and omnibus in nature. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 204 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
