JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ghoshi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under sections 306, 498A, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. During investigation, nothing has come against these petitioners to suggest their complicity in the alleged occurrence. After investigation, final form has been submitted in the case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
