13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 1460(C) of 2013 registered under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the N.I. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to be the guarantor, he has not drawn the cheque which has stood dishonoured.
Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
