01-09-2016 After some argument, Sri Arbind Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Sadanand Paswan, learned Special Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.
