This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the Collector, Madhepura (respondent no.4) to dispose of Ceiling Case No. 06 of 1988 pending before him, which has been remitted back from the office of Member, Board of Revenue, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.3).

Vide order dated 03.02.1993, the Member, Board of Revenue, Bihar, Patna, remitted back the Ceiling Case No. 06 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9544 of 2020 dt.27-06-2022 2/2 1988 before the Collector, Madhepura but till date the same has not been disposed of.

In that view of the matter, the Collector, Madhepura is directed to dispose of the Ceiling Case No. 06 of 1988, if pending in his Court, within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is allowed.
