The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner got a mobile SIM of Airtel after submitting his voter card as identity proof. The number of voter identity card was GSH1058874 but due to mistake JSH was entered into the form for obtaining the SIM card of Airtel. The petitioner is using the same SIM card for the last ten years and there is no complain of misusing the same SIM. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is

No.34299 of 2016 (3) dt.30-09-2016 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
