Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the Police Officer, who in his written complaint has stated that he received a confidential information that in village Sihauta one Sesan Singh (petitioner) having criminal antecedent is involved in sell and purchase of stolen motorcycle. After getting confidential information, he and other police party reached there and raided the house of petitioner, found a Yamaha motorcycle without registration number. Considering the nature of allegation against petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78188 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected at this stage. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year of custody.
