JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC. Petitioners submit that earlier they were granted police bail and charge sheet was submitted under bailable sections. However cognizance was also taken for offences under section 307 IPC. They submit that they may be allowed to remain on police bail in view of judgment rendered in case of , reported in 2004(2) PLJR 473.

In the facts of the case, all the five petitioners named above, are directed to appear before the learned Magistrate and on doing so, they would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
