Case No. 09 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11(i) (D), E, F, G of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act. Prosecution story is that one truck laden with several cattle was intercepted and petitioners could not produce papers before police.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated only on suspicion and similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench this Court vide order dated 23.4.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 26421 of 2019 and petitioners are in custody since
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24831 of 2019(3) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 8.2.2019 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Heard learned APP also.
In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Danapur, in connection with Khiri More P.S.Case No. 09 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
