The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Harnaut (Telmar) P. S. Case No. 256 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 353, 325, 332, 333, 120B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner along with others forming an unlawful assembly, attacked upon the police personnel, attempted to snatch revolver of the SHO, obstructed the police party in discharge of their official duty and attempted to kill the informant SHO, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. Accordingly, his application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
