The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 21.3.2009 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 155 of 2008. Having gone through the facts, I do not find any merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
