The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328/ 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary along with Forensic Science Laboratory report was called for which has since been received. A perusal of the Forensic Science Laboratory report reveals that the viscera of Shahida Bibi wife of Saheb Ansari contained Aluminium Phosphide which is commercially known as Celphos. The said ingredient is highly poisonous.

Considering the Forensic Science Laboratory Report, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. It is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51193 of 2015 (6) dt.01-07-2016 P2/2 accordingly rejected.

Let the present Forensic Science Laboratory report be sent to the Court below for being kept on record.
