The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2623(C) of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26317 of 2019(4) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 joint request of petitioners and opposite party no.2, the matter was referred before the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in between both parties but the matter could not be settled.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that unfortunately, he is the father of opposite party no. 2 and best effort was made to settle the dispute and opposite party no. 2 is ready to keep his wife-petitioner no.1 with full dignity and honour but the petitioner no.1 wants one time settlement. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2623(C) of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
