2. The petitioner claims that he had appeared in B.A. Part III (English Honours) Examination in the year 2007 held by B.N. Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura.

3. He has a grievance that his result has so far not been published. Accordingly, a direction is being sought to the University for publication of result.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to Annexure-3 of the writ application to submit that his result is being shown as pending.

5. I have perused Annexure-3, which has apparently not been issued by the University. It has been issued locally

by Principal of T.P. College, Madhepura, where the petitioner claims to have pursued B.A. (Honours) Course.

6. I am not inclined to entertain this application because of delay and latches as the petitioner has approached this Court more than eight years after the cause of action arose and there is no plausible explanation for such delay in the writ application.
