On query, the Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no information as to whether the investigation has ended or not. Since the investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation positively within a period of three months, if he has not done so already, from the date of
