This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379 of Indian Penal Code.
The accused persons, who are main assailants and against whom there is allegation of commission of theft are not petitioners herein. There is general and omni bus allegation against the petitioners that they were also present at the time of occurrence armed with lathi etc. For land dispute, occurrence allegedly took place.
Considering the aforesaid fact specifically the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.
