JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 366A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that they co-operated Pintu Bhagat in abducting the informant's daughter Babli Kumari. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the girl even in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has stated that she had gone with Pintu Bhagat on her own will and has also married with him and further desires to live with him. In the circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48823 of 2015 (3) dt.09-11-2015 2 / 2 above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sahkund P.S. Case no. 156 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
