JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-08-2016 This application is for modification of order dated 03.02.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9413 of 2010 (Rajneesh Kumar @ Guddu Vs. The State of Bihar). That application was an application for bail in anticipation of arrest, which prayer was granted by this Court. Due to inadvertence in the order, it was written that the bail bond would be to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Munger, instead of S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura as is related to Barbigha Police Station Case No.127 of 2008.

Having considered the matter, let the order dated 03.02.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9413 of 2010 (Rajneesh Kumar @ Guddu Vs. The State of Bihar) be read accordingly, inasmuch as the satisfaction of the bail bond has to be that of S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura instead of Sessions Judge, Munger. Let the order of this Court passed today in this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25891 of 2016 (02) dt.02-08-2016 2/2 application as also the order passed in the earlier application be communicated to the Court of S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura.
