JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 15-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.P.P. alongwith learned counsel for O.P.No.2. Gone through the order dated 12.12.2019 passed by the Mediator, East Champaran at Motihari whom the matter was entursted vide order dated 22.10.2019. From perusal thereof, it is evident that dubious character of the petitioner is duly exposed. That being so, matter has been heard on its merit. Considering the allegation as levelled in consonance with the conduct of the petitioner did not justify the prayer for anticipatory bail, whereupon the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
