1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief/s:- "(i) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent no. 1 to 7 to suspend the operation of letter bearing memo no. 1647 dt. 30.7.2015 (Annex-7) and restore the petitioner in the post of incharge Headmaster in Girls Middle School Tilakpur Bhagalpur.

(ii) To issue a writ/writs commanding the respondent no. 5 not to disturb the petitioner as incharge headmaster till the investigation completed

Patna High Court CWJC No.17674 of 2015(3) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 and not prior to that. Because the same is punishment before the investigation and proceedings.

(iii) To issue a show cause cum explanation against Respondent no. 5 that on which ground he issued letter bearing memo no. 1647 dt. 30.7.2015 (Annex-7) especially in light of Annexure -6 and 6/A which is against the rule of law and after receiving the reply impose heavy penalty.

(iv) Any other relief or reliefs."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per instruction received he seeks permission to withdraw this application.
