The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148,149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 153, 153 (A), 295, 295 (A), 337, 338, 353, 332, 435, 379, 427 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that during Ramnaumi Procession both sides started pelting brick stone. Petitioner has been named in the FIR.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that police has wrongly implicated the petitioner in the present case and there is no specific allegation against him.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32975 of 2017 (2) dt.21-07-2017 the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Sonu Pandey, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.86 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
