2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 356 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case, in short, is that, the son of the informant went out to play but did not return. The informant last saw his son going along with this petitioner on his motorcycle and the following day, his dead body was recovered. The informant suspects that all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner have committed the murder of his son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of the FIR, it is evident that the name of the petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of suspicion as the informant was last seen with the deceased a day prior to the date when his dead body was recovered. There is no eyewitness to the occurrence. Learned counsel further submitted that except suspicion, there is no material to prove the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2025 and has no criminal antecedent. The co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20418 of 2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
