The following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. "For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS, commanding and directing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6827 of 2019(3) dt.15-06-2020 2/2 respondent authorities to make payment of differences of gratuity, earned leave, pension, arrears of salary with interest in view of the payfixation made by the respondent University as per the relevant Resolution of the State Government issued in the light of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court."

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 to 6.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the respondents.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the present writ application stands disposed of. If any grievance of the petitioner still remains to be redressed by the respondents, the petitioner will be at liberty to make an appropriate representation before the concerned authority who shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of such representation made by the petitioner.
