JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 The petitioner prays for a direction to the respondent Board to consider her application dated 30.4.1981 for allotment of Flat in Bahadurpur/Digha Areas in the town of Patna for which required Token amount of Rs.2000/- was already paid on 30.4.1981, and on 4.8.1989 the Board issued plot allotment no. 4254 (Annexure 1).

The petitioner, while referring to order dated 22.11.2012, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 13206 of 2008, submits that in a similar case, the Court directed the Board to take a decision within the parameters of his application.

The writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent Board, who would dispose of the same also keeping in view the
