JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Akodhigola P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 365, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the present case has been lodged on account of confusion between the parties. Parties have settled their differences and there remains no dispute between them. Compromise petition has been annexed as Annexure-2. Parties do not want to proceed any further in the matter.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.37065 of 2017(3) dt.31-10-2017 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Akodhigola P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
