JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no.2. It is admitted by both the learned counsels that already the matter has been compromised and final settlement has been reached after process of mediation sent by this Court to the mediation centre. The report of the mediation centre dated 11.9.2015 is also on the record, so in terms of compromise, Rs.9 lacs as final settlement has been received by the wife opposite party no.2 and it is also submitted that divorce decree on mutual consent has already been passed and they have agreed to withdraw

Having considered the said factual position of the case, so the entire criminal proceeding inclusive the order of cognizance dated 29.4.2014 arising out of Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case no.153 of 2013 pending in the court of C.J.M., Saran at Chapra is hereby quashed.
