During the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has been given the monetary benefit in terms of the Office Order, vide Memo no. 465 dated 4.6.2012 (Annexure-4), but in the meantime, the Government has come forward with a Notification dated 17th February 2014, thereby Grade pay of 2nd A.C.P. and 3rd A.C.P. has been modified and enhanced. The petitioner has a grievance that the benefit has not been conferred in light of the letter dated 17th February 2014. The petitioner is directed to file a proper application
Patna High Court CWJC No.10136 of 2013 (5) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 along with a copy of this order, to the District Magistrate, Vaishali, who will examine the case of the petitioner in light of the letter 17th February 2014 and take decision in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application.
With the above observation/direction, this petition is disposed of.
