Supplementary affidavit on behalf of petitioner and opposite party no. 2 has been filed jointly which has been taken on record.

Both parties have settled their dispute amicably. The petitioner has paid rupees thirteen lacs through cheque which has been invested in term deposit in Vijya Bank in the name of Miss Nayan Sakshi bearing account no. 1002949 with a rider that amount will be payable to Nayan Sakshi only after attaining the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20632 of 2014 (13) dt.01-12-2015 age of 18 years. Photo stat copy of the term deposit account has also been filed which has been taken on record. The parties have agreed to file compromise petition in all the civil and criminal cases pending between them. Both parties are present in Chambers with their respective counsel and they admitted regarding the compromise arrived at between them. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the court below within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 364 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
