JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 4.8.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 34905 of 2017 and vide order 9.5.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.22412 of 2018 and the petitioner is husband of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 18.4.2017 and till date even charge has not been framed in this case.

Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned court below is directed to expedite the framing of charge and needless to say that the petitioner has to co-operate in the same and after framing of charge learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24623 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 trial court is directed to expedite the trial. If the trial is not concluded within a period of one year, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the trial court itself, who will dispose of the prayer for bail of the petitioner by passing a detailed order mentioning the evidence for and against the petitioner.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
