ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 It appears that due to inadvertence in order dated 23.11.2015 the figure of Rs. 5,40,000/- has been recorded whereas it should be 5,45,000/-. The order is modified to that extent. Learned counsel for the complainant produces certified copy of the sale deed and hands it over to the petitioner. Admittedly the dispute has not been resolved. Hence in their interest, further proceedings including the order dated 05.06.2014 passed in Complaint Case No. 77 (c) of 2012, Tr. No. 1580 of 2014 by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna is hereby set aside. The application stands allowed.
