ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is the main accused in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/366A of the Indian Penal Code. Various false submissions are said to have been made in the present Criminal Miscellaneous Application which alone disentitles the petitioner to relief under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. The victim girl was a minor aged about 12 years at the time of occurrence. As such, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 489 of 2013.

It is, accordingly, rejected.
