Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 474 of 2011 registered under Sections 406, 420 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that the petitioner is the manager of the company which gives training of 20 days for getting jobs. Further case of the informant is that he along with 200 other boys deposited Rs. 7500/- each as fee but later on, when the informant went to see the petitioner and the company,

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has been made accused in the present case due to mistake of fact. A training instituted was being run by one Upendra Singh @ K.K. Singh. As per the FIR, the petitioner was one of the instructors in the said training institute. No such assurance was given by the petitioner for providing a job. As per the FIR, the petitioner had only to part with the training without any job assurance. The amount of Rs. 7500/- in question, said to be deposited by each of the candidate, has not been deposited in favour of the petitioner. There was no any wrongful gain made to the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned
