This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 504/34 of the Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits tht the parties have compromised the matter.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with the Singhiya P.S. Case No. 126 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code and one of the bailors shall be Dukhani Devi, the informant, and the trial Court after due verification enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
