JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2017 The petitioner, in the present writ application, has sought for direction upon the respondent to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground on the post of Class-III, as his father died in harness on 19.12.2000, while working as an Assistant Teacher, in the Government Middle School Teusa, Atri, Gaya. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is squarely covered by the order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.5090 of 2013 dated 02.07.2013. Learned counsel for the State points out that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2009, forwarded by the R.E.O., Bajirganj, Gaya is also pending before the D.E.O., Gaya.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9855 of 2010 (4) dt.06-11-2017 2/2 Considering the submissions of the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation to D.E.O., Gaya who shall be obliged to place the case of the petitioner before District Committee of compassionate appointment and the said committee shall take a final decision in respect of the petitioner within three months from the date of the filing of representation. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is, accordingly, disposed of.
