====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi)) P.S. Case No. 518 of 2018 for the offence under Section 25 (1-b)a/26 and 35 Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case it is alleged that one automatic pistol and five cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody fore more than seven months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let, the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23140 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 518 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
