The present writ application has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to regularize the services of the petitioners who are working on vacant sanctioned post since their date of initial appointment and for continuous working on
Patna High Court CWJC No.9410 of 2020 dt.06-03-2024 2/2 sanctioned post and for perennial requirement of works have been made to work as daily wager/or on contract and further for payment in regular scale of pay and for issuance of any other appropriate writ or writs, orders or directions to which the petitioners may be found legally entitled to. 3.
Considering the relief/s sought for, the petitioners are directed to file a representation before the Registrar, Purnea University, Purnea, Bihar (respondent no.6) within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.6 shall consider the said representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. The said order be passed after hearing the petitioners or their counsel. 4.
It is needless to say that, if the order is not passed within the stipulated time, the respondent no.6 shall be personally held responsible for the non-compliance of the order of this Court. 5.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
