JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-04-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections448, 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 354 (A) (I), 354 B, 379, 427, 504, 120 B of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioner came to the house of the informant and badly assualted her and her family members.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case and none have sustained any kind of injury. He has also submitted that other co-accused persons have been

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II Patna City, Patna in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
