This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Belchchi P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is one of the accused persons who caught hold the deceased and one accused Deepak Kumar shot fired upon the chest of deceased due to which the deceased succumbed to injury.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
