JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 31.10.2014 passed by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, whereby and whereunder a direction was issued to the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance to register an F.I.R. against the petitioner and others. It has been pointed out that after filing of the present writ petition on 28.11.2014, an FIR has already been instituted in the vigilance police station pursuant to the order passed by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance vide Vigilance P.S. Case No. 1 of 2015 dated 08.01.2015 against the petitioner and others.

Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to file another writ petition challenging the legality and validity of the FIR in question.
