====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in N.D.P.S. Chanpatia Case No. 183 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 20, 22, 23, 24, 27 and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act. As per F.I.R., the informant got information that some miscreants are about to pass Nepal Border with Charas. On such information, the informant along with other police personnel caught hold three miscreants including this petitioner. It is alleged that police recovered 1.900 kg. Charas from possession of co-accused Shakti Kumar. One Mobile phone is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no

He further submits that co-accused Kabir Yadav @ Kabir Kumar with similar allegation has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 77524 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 14.5.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah, in connection with N.D.P.S. Chanpatiya Case No. 183 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
